Right of Withdrawal

At ROYA , we value your trust and satisfaction above all. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a designated third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods. Please include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) being returned to help us process your request quickly and smoothly.

Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will confirm receipt and provide you with return instructions. The returned product must be sent back to us in its original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as received. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, ROYA will issue a full refund of the purchase amount, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed promptly and within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Please be aware that customized, opened, or partially consumed products are excluded from the right of withdrawal for health and hygiene reasons. ROYA reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or are returned without prior notification.
